* All Athletic wear (Shorts, Skirts, Leggings, Tops, Jackets)

* Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Sweatpants

* All Denim-wear (Pants, Shorts, Skirts, Jackets, Dresses, Overalls)

* All Accessories (Backpacks, Purses, Belts, Sunglasses)

* All Shoes (Sneakers, Boots, Dress Shoes etc.)

* All Men’s wear (all categories)

Currently NOT Buying: 

* Winter/Fall Dresses

* Sweaters

* Heavy Jackets, Light Jackets, Snow pants

We DONOT Buy:

• Unclean items (covered in animal hair, smoke, marijuana, unpleasant odors, or any unsafe material).
• Damaged Items (excessively worn, torn, ripped, broken zipper, stain, smell, pilling, excessive wrinkles). 
• Wedding or prom dresses, used-socks, used-swimwear, undergarments, soiled/unclean clothing, or kids-clothing.

1. Please book only if you can keep your appointment. Please reschedule or cancel if you are not able to come in. No-shows or sellers who book multiple slots using different identities will not be given future appointments.
2. Slots open 20 days in advance on a rolling basis. If no openings show for any specific day that means all slots for that day are booked by other Sellers. We respond to all requests the same day, please also check your "spam mail".
3. Our business model focus on buying and selling "gently-used" clothes and accessories which are in-style/trending/popular among Teenagers and Young adults.
4. We buy what we can sell at our store. We may offer to buy All, Some, or None of the items based on what is selling at our location. If an item is not selected that only means that the customers who shop at our location are not looking to buy those type of items. We recommend to look for other places which may be better suited to sell those items.
5. There is no need to argue about why an item was not selected. Our staff is instructed to select items based on our business needs. If an employee is bullied in any way, the review will be immediately stopped and the Seller will not be allowed to sell at this location. We reserve the right to buy.
6. We do not offer retail prices. Sellers should consider bringing their items to the place where the items were purchased from to get back the money paid for them.
7. We invest resources to review and process items, if we cannot meet your expectations, we don’t want to waste your time.
8. Please self-select up to 30 items based on our current needs, we are more likely to buy items in those categories. If you have more items for review in our current needs section, please send us a request and we will find a suitable time to review large number of items.
9. We request only the rightful owner of the items sell their items. We ask for an ID matching the name on the appointment. Please do not use someone else’s name/phone/email to book an appointment.
10. We try our best to accommodate sellers in different situations (moving, closet cleanups, downsizing etc.) If any seller disregard our process, they will be flagged and banned from all future reviews at this location.
