1. We buy gently-used clothes and accessories for Teenagers and Young adults. We do not buy used-socks, used-swimwear, undergarments, kids clothing, or wedding dresses.
2. At this time we can review up to 30 gently-used freshly-cleaned or new items from the owner of the items.
3. Do not bring items with rips, broken zipper, stain, smell, pilling, excessive wrinkles for review.
4. Items covered in animal hair, smoke, marijuana or any unsafe material will be immediately rejected. We will not review and return all items for the safety of our employees and customers.
5. We may offer to buy All, Some, or None of the items based on our business needs. There is no need to argue about why an item was not selected. Staff is instructed to select items based on our business needs.
6. If an employee is bullied in any way, the review will be immediately stopped and the Seller will not be allowed to Sell at this location. Any type of bullying towards our employees is not acceptable.
