• Bring everything in freshly laundered, good condition, and make sure you bring a photo ID. Bring your freshly laundered and folded items in a laundry basket or tote. No appointment needed. First-come, first-served.

One of our certified buyers will review your items while you shop. It usually takes around 15-20 minutes to review your items.

Why we pass on some items:

• Condition: Odors, stains, holes, over-washing
• Store Needs: If we are over-stocked
• Style: Item will no longer sell to shoppers
• Non-Teen Item: Children's, mature, formal

It is illegal to sell fake goods. We will only buy if we are 100% sure of authenticity

We will make you an offer based on style, condition, brand, and our inventory needs. If there are any questions as to why we passed on an item, please ask to speak to a manager.
