Tips For Selling To Us
1. Bring Us Your Current Styles
Gather up the current styles and trends you're ready to sell. We're buying the teen and young adult clothes, shoes, and accessories you no longer wear. We buy all seasons all the time. Check out our most wanted items to see what we're more likely to buy.
2. Make Sure They Are Clean & Folded
Bring everything in freshly laundered, good condition, and make sure you bring a photo ID. Bring your freshly laundered and folded items in a laundry basket or tote. No appointment needed. First come first served.
3. We’ll Review Your Items
One of our certified buyers will review your items while you shop. It usually takes around 15-20 minutes to review your items.
Why we pass on some items:
- Condition: Odors, stains, holes, over-washing
- Store Needs: If we are over-stocked
- Style: Item will no longer sell to shoppers
- Non-Teen Item: Children's, mature, formal

4. You'll Be Presented With An Offer
We will make you an offer based on style, condition, brand, and our inventory needs. If there are any questions as to why we passed on an item, please ask to speak to a manager.
