Assistant Store Manager


The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) reports to the Store Manager and supports all store operations.
Applicants with the greatest opportunity for success in this fast-paced leadership position should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Previous experience as a shift manager, preferably in a retail store environment. Relevant knowledge in resale and/or consignment is a major plus. Knowledge of current fashion trends and prices in our teen and young adult primary demographic (14 to 24 years old). Skilled at leading, training and coaching team members.. Reliable, fully accountable and trustworthy! Capable of managing all store operations after successful completion of on-the-job training.. Positive attitude and excellent customer service. Willing and capable of resolving dynamic customer requests and concerns. Competent in using technology and social media.

The pay rate is $18 to $22 per hour depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide 40 hours each year in Paid Time Off, monthly performance incentives to receive free clothes, and a 401-K retirement investment plan. This is a 20 to 40 hour a week position (full and part time) and will require some evening and weekend shifts. Opportunities for future promotion and increasing compensation are available to outstanding performers in this position.

Shift Manager

    Apparel and Accessories Buyer


    We are seeking a passionate and trend-savvy individual to join our team as a Buyer specializing in the teenage and young adult market. As a buyer, you will be responsible for curating a diverse and fashionable selection of clothing items for resale, ensuring our inventory reflects the latest trends and styles preferred by our market. Responsibilities include:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, influencers, and popular brands within the teenage and young adult demographic.
  • Research and identify emerging fashion trends through market analysis, social media, and fashion publications.
  • Develop relationships with individual sellers to source high-quality, on-trend clothing items for resale.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions on purchasing and inventory management. Ensure that all purchased items meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities for markdowns or clearance sales to optimize inventory turnover.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of competitor offerings and market dynamics to stay ahead in the resale industry.

  • The work experience gained from this position is excellent for work/study programs, internships, and those looking for fashion industry experience.

    Sales Associate
