Tips for Selling & Most Wanted

Gather up the current styles and trends you're ready to sell. We're buying the teen and young adult clothes, shoes, and accessories you no longer wear. We buy all seasons all the time. Check out our most wanted items to see what we're more likely to buy.

Bring everything in freshly laundered, good condition, and make sure you bring a photo ID. Bring your freshly laundered and folded items in a laundry basket or tote. No appointment needed. First come first served.

One of our certified buyers will review your items while you shop. It usually takes around 15-20 minutes to review your items.

Why we pass on some items:

• Condition: Smells, stains, holes, over-washing
• Store Needs: If we are over-stocked
• Style: Item will no longer sell for us
• Non-Teen Casual: Children's, mature, formal

*Please let us know if you have designer items to sell.

• It is illegal to sell fake goods. We will only buy if we are 100% sure of authenticity

We will make you an offer based on style, condition, brand, and our inventory needs. We retail the items we sell at 50-70% off their original selling price. Sellers get 30-40% of our retail.

If we make the decision to pass on an item, please do not include it in a future submission. We try to review all items quickly and thoroughly. Looking at the same items we cannot accept, slows down the process for other sellers. If there are any questions as to why we passed on an item, please ask to speak to a manager.

Choose to accept the offer and we will give you cash on the spot or a store credit for your items.

We offer Same Day service. Any items left overnight will be donated.
