All the clothes we buy, go straight to the sales floor or into storage. We have no way to launder them. We ask that all clothes be free of pet fur, odors and stains. We will pass it they are wrinkled as well.

Sorry, we don't. They don't sell well for us. We suggest donating your prom dresses to a charity that will distribute them to teens who can't afford one. We are currently searching for a non-profit.

If they're more mature, like Banana Republic, J. Crew or Loft, they will sell better at a store that targets ladies instead of teens. If you have boutique brands, we will buy them if we feel that they will sell well for us.

Swim has consistently been hard for us to sell. A lot of customers don't want to buy a gently used suit. Many of the two-pieces get separated in store and can't be sold. We've decided to transition away from swimwear and focus on what we do best.

Outerwear has always been tricky for us. Our best brands are North Face, Patagonia, Nike and Adidas. If you have bargain brands, they may not sell well for us. We don't buy wool coats.

Due to the high volume of clothes that are brought in to be sold, we don't donate. We have very limited storage space. We ask that you take your items back home with you (they're at the front counter or on the shelves by the side door). If you'd like to donate, there's a drop off nearby.
