Sell To Us & Earn Cash!

• Check out our Most Wanted list to see what we're buying today!
• Look for items in your closet that are trendy & hav been in the malls for the last year - year & a half
• Wash clothes, clean shoes, empty purses (check all the pockets!)
• Fold or stack your items in a laundry bin or hard tote. No lids please!

**Please do not put your items in garbage bags, plastic bags, or cardboard boxes - these containers tear and rip and we are at risk of misplacing your items if you bring them in these containers.

**Please ensure you can lift your containers onto our buy counter, if you can't lift them neither can our staff and we will not be able to sort them!

**Please do not pack your items in zipped up bags like duffel bags or luggage, this makes it difficult for us to process your items!

• No appointment necessary but call if you are concerned about wait times.
• Bring your cell phone for our mobile check-in.
• Bring your ID - only owners of the clothing that are 16 & over can sell to us.
• We sort our items on a first-come, first served basis.

• Once your check-in is complete you do not need any paperwork from us, it is now in our online system
• We will check through every item in your bin to see if it is something that will sell well for us
• We may stop sorting if we find that the clothing has a strong odour, contains a lot of items that have not been sorted (ie. underwear, draperies, sheets, sleep wear, children's wear) or are overly dirty (dirt or blood stains, bugs) as we have to ensure we are going through all of our customer's items in a timely fashion
• Once your sort is completed our system will automatically generate a price that we can sell them for, and a price that we can pay you for.
• You are notified by text or phone when your items are ready to be cashed out and/or picked back up.
• Any items we feel will not sell well for our store are returned to you to keep or donate as you see fit.

• Check out our most wanted-list for items we really need.
• Our demographic is young adults, so we are not looking for business or formal wear.
• DON'T DELAY! The newer your items are, the more likely we are to buy them. Don't let them sit around in your closet, trade them for cash ASAP.
• If in doubt, wash them! We don't want to turn away perfectly good items because they may have a household, smoke, or other smell on them.
• Clean those shoes! Items in better condition can earn you more cash! Shoes need to be in excellent condition for us to buy them:
• No footmarks on sandals
• No peeling / discolouration
• No mud / dirt on the soles
• More casual styles
• If you have original receipts for high value sneakers or purses you can earn more money! Bring your receipts with you and show them in-store.
• TRADE IN & SAVE THE TAX! When you shop and sell to us in the same day, you save the GST on any purchase you make!
