Do I need an appointment to sell my clothes?

• No appointments needed! We are first come, first served during store hours.

What should I bring my items in when I sell?

• You can bring your items in any container! We prefer items come in bags, totes, or baskets, but we are flexible as long as the container is not too large for you to carry into the store!

What styles are you looking to buy?

• We buy trendy, casual styles for teens and young adults (typically ages 15–22). We are looking for styles and trends you would find in mall stores geared towards teens or looks that you will spot on school campuses in our area.

Do you buy shoes and accessories?

• Yes! We buy gently used shoes and accessories that are in great condition and on-trend.

What condition do my items need to be in?

• All items must be freshly washed and fully dry with no stains, holes, heavy wear, or strong odors. We consider these standards "ready to wear" condition!

Do you accept formal wear, business wear, or work wear?

• We focus on casual, everyday styles that teens and twenty-somethings are wearing now. We do not typically accept formal wear, business wear, or work attire.

Do you accept designer items?

• Yes, we do accept designer items. All designer items require a 24–48 hour authentication process before they can receive an offer.

If an item is submitted for authentication and is found to be non-authentic, there is a $40 fee per item that fails authentication.
