• Yes. All orders must be picked up the same day they are placed during store hours. You will be notified when your order is ready. Please bring a valid ID when picking up.

Do I need an appointment to sell my clothes?

• No appointments needed. We are first come, first served during store hours.

What should I bring my items in when I sell?

• You can bring your items in any container except suitcases. Please do not bring items on hangers.

What styles are you looking to buy?

• We buy trendy, casual styles for teens and young adults (typically ages 15–20). We focus on current streetwear, athletic wear, urban styles, and quiet luxury looks that are in demand right now.

Do you buy shoes and accessories?

• Yes! We buy gently used shoes and accessories that are in great condition and on-trend.

What condition do my items need to be in?

• All items must be gently used, freshly washed, and dried with no stains, holes, heavy wear, or strong odors.

Do you accept formal wear, business wear, or work wear?

• We focus on casual, everyday styles that are currently trending. We do not typically accept formal wear, business wear, or work wear.

Do you accept designer items?

• Yes, we do accept designer items. All designer items require a 24–48 hour authentication process before they can be processed.

If an item is submitted for authentication and is found to be non-authentic, there is a $40 fee per item.
