Yes! Valid, government issued photo ID is required in order to sell to us. It must be the physical ID - no photos are allowed! Your ID will also be needed when picking up your items.

We request that items are brought in reusable bags, bins, cardboard boxes, totes, and laundry baskets - please no garbage bags, luggage, or oversized containers.

There is no appointment needed! We operate on a first come, first served basis and buy items all day every day during open hours.

We require that all items come in freshly laundered, clean, and free of any odours. This is because many items are put straight onto our racks, so it ensures that we are able to accept more items from you, and continue to provide a clean, high quality shopping environment.

Since we operate on a first come, first served basis the wait time depends on how many people are in front of you. We typically aim for less than 30 minutes but it could be longer on busier days with lots of containers to process. It is a same day process though so items must be picked up before close on the same day they are dropped off.

We pay cash for your trendy, gently used clothes in all styles and sizes — girls sizes 0 to 30 and up to 6X and guys sizes XS-4X and 28” to 44” waist. We do not purchase any kids or youth sizes.

Our inventory needs are constantly changing, meaning at certain times we may have to be more selective on certain categories due to inventory levels. Our most wanted needs are always changing as well and depending on the time of year there are certain categories we may be really looking for! Keep in mind we do buy all seasons all year round, we just may have to be more particular on what we purchase for certain categories.

We look for current teen/twenty something styles and trends for guys and girls that have been in the malls in the last 12-18 months. We buy all seasons all year round. We purchase a wide variety of brands from Nike, lululemon and American Eagle to Old Navy and Torrid. Check out the 'sell to us' page for more details and more brands we love!

Yes! If you shop around while we process your items and have pieces you are wanting to buy you can do a 'trade'. We simply apply the value of the items we are buying from you towards your purchase, and you save the tax on the difference!

Once your items are processed we will send you a text message saying they are ready. Once you come to the checkout we will let you know the offer, and if you accept you will get cash on the spot. If you have items you are wanting to purchase you can do a trade and save the tax on the difference!

We have to see items in store in order to give out proper quotes, but to give you a rough idea we typically pay out between 20-35% of what we price items at.
