When Can I Sell Clothes?
During business hours! We ask that all buys are dropped off at least one hour before we close. We prefer when items are dropped off early enough that you'll be able to pick them up at least one hour before we close!
Can I Pick Up Another Day?
We always ask that you come back same day to receive your cash and take back your containers. Please plan your selling trip on a day you are available to wait or come back before close! In rare cases you will be able to pick up next day, but keep in mind that after 2 days, we will be turning your cash into store credit and donating your containers and remaining items.
How Many Bags Can I Bring?
As many as you need! We have no limit on the amount of containers one person brings, we only require that your items fit comfortably in any containers, with nothing spilling out the top.
How Much Money Will You Give Me?
Cash offers will vary a lot depending on multiple factors. Condition, Demand, Style are all things we take into account when pricing items. We will never have anything priced higher than 50% its original retail, and you would usually get between 30%-%50 of our sales price. For example a pair of shoes that sells for $120 at the mall, we would price for $60 at most, and you would receive $30 at most!
What Can't I Sell To You?
Any undergarments, towels, household linens, kids clothes, non fashion items(collectables, household items, furniture, decor) any items with notable wear or damage, items that have been altered in any way, formal wear(gowns, suits, etc.) Older woman's styles/brands(white house black market, loft, express, j crew, etc.) High End Designer(Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton, etc.)
Why Can't I Use A Trash Bag?
Thin plastic that is used for trash bags and grocery bags has a tendency to rip and tear very easily especially when stretched full of clothing. We want to ensure that all your items stay together during the selling process and that there is a container to go back with you at the end of the process.
Why Does It Take A Long Time To Process Clothes?
Our Buyers take the time to look at each and every piece that is brought in for selling, this is the active sorting time of a buy and can take anywhere from 5 minutes to more than 30 minutes depending on the volume of items in the buy. When new buys get dropped off, there isn't always another buyer on shift to start it immediately, so it goes in the line. Each new buy dropped off goes at the end of the line, and when a lot of people come around the same time the wait time can get longer and longer as the buyers sort through the buys in the order they dropped off.
