Unless you have previously worked at another Platos Closet location, all our employees begin as sales floor associates. However, those who work hard and get along great with staff members are quickly advanced to higher positions.

Worked at another Platos Closet location? We always love employees who move to our area and with a good referral from your previous manager, we are often able to start you at a position closer to where you left your last store. Since every Platos Closet is individually owned, we do like to make sure youre trained for our store first.
