WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Manager/Keyholder, you’ll assist in managing and promoting all aspects of the business, including but not limited to:
• Buying, pricing, and merchandising merchandise,
• Driving sales and customer engagement,
• Leading and training staff,
• Ensuring store security and loss prevention,
• Developing an assigned area of expertise to support store operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include:
• Lead shifts and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish,
• Perform opening and closing duties including key control, store security, and cash handling,
• Buy and price secondhand apparel and accessories using brand, quality, and condition standards,
• Use DRS, resale AI, and point-of-sale systems proficiently,
• Train and support new hires, sales associates, and buyers, • Submit weekly reports related to your area of expertise to management.
AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
• Full-time or Part-Time,
• Minimum 3 days of availability per week, must be available nights and weekends.

Sales Associate
Plato’s Closet Southpoint is looking for style conscious, customer service oriented sales associates. The right candidate will be available to work days/nights and weekends. Responsibilities will include ringing sales, processing returns, answering phones, assisting customers, attending the fitting rooms, tagging, communicating the buy process to our customers, and any other tasks associated with a sales associate position. We are looking for a creative, detailed oriented individual who has a natural eye for aesthetics and visual merchandising. This is a PT , hourly position 3-4 days a week, with flexible hours depending on the needs of the visual schedule. This position's pay is flexible and depends on the applicants visual merchandising experience and content creation experience.
Responsibilities Include:
• Creating and maintaining displays throughout the store
• Marketing product to our customers using social media
• restocking and filling the floor with product to keep up with demand
• maintaining the general store aesthetics and cleanliness
• assisting the visual manager with weekly projects and working independently once trained
Position Requirements:
• 18 years old + Early morning & weekend availability
• Social media and content creation experience
