Step 1 - Bring It In
- Limit 2 standard containers that are freshly laundered & folded. No plastic bags or hangers, please.
- Please bring a valid photo identification. Must be 18 or older.
- We buy all seasons, all year; however, we focus on the following:
- Spring & Summer items from January to July
- Fall & Winter items from August to December
Step 2 - We'll Check Your Items
- Our time estimates are based on an average-sized container.
- Our buyers review your items based on style, condition, and what's in demand.
Step 3 - Get paid cash or 25% more in-store credit
- If you accept the offer, you'll get paid cash or 25% more in-store credit!
- Store credit can be redeemed at the Plato's Closet stores and Once Upon A Child stores in Columbus, Perrysburg & Sylvania.
24-Hour Policy
to a store gift card, and the items that we were unable to purchase, including the containers you brought them in, will be recycled or donated, with the proceeds going to a charity of the company's choice.
