Sales associates at Plato's Closet Raleigh are responsible for general customer service, stocking the sales floor, and keeping the store organized and clean.

Shift Manager

Hi fellow retail manager -- are you looking for a change? Does the "big box" grind leave you unfulfilled and drowning in red tape?

Plato's Closet may be just what you need. Our business model doesn't revolve around shipment schedules and store visits, it revolves around our team and our customers.

We are looking for someone to help us in our mission of sustainability and fashion-for-all in the following areas:

• Buying gently used product from our selling customers
• Managing a team of ~5 associates per shift
• Creating memorable customer service experiences
• The creation and maintenance of the business's social media presence
• Stock flow and organization
• General housekeeping and store upkeep

Since all Plato's Closets are locally owned and operated, our team is empowered to create and update policies to keep up with the everchanging business environment. We offer flexible scheduling, PTO, 401k, competitive wages, and opportunities for advancement.

Starting Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
