Gather up the current, teen and young adult clothes, shoes, and accessories you no longer wear that have been in-stores within the past 2 years. We buy all seasons all the time. Check out our most wanted items to see what we're more likely to buy.

Bring everything in freshly laundered, good condition, and make sure you bring a photo ID. We prefer the items to be off the hanger, folded in a laundry basket or tote. Please bring your items at least 1 hour before we close to give us time to review. No appointment needed. First come first served.

One of our certified buyers will review your items while you shop. It usually takes around 15-20 minutes to review your items.

Why we pass on some items:

• Condition: Smells, stains, holes, over-washing
• Store Needs: If we are over-stocked
• Style: Item will no longer sell for us
• Non-Teen Casual: Children's, mature, formal

It is illegal to sell fake goods. We will only buy if we are 100% sure of authenticity

We will make you an offer based on style, condition, brand, and our inventory needs. We retail the items we sell at 50-70% off their original selling price. Sellers get 30-40% of our retail.

If we make the decision to pass on an item, please do not include it in a future submission. We try to review all items quickly and thoroughly. Looking at the same items we cannot accept, slows down the process for other sellers. If there are any questions as to why we passed on an item, please ask to speak to a manager.

Choose to accept the offer and we will give you cash on the spot or a store credit for your items.

All items brought to sell must be picked up SAME DAY. Any items left overnight will be donated.
