You will receive an email or text when your order is ready for pickup. Items can be picked up Mon-Sat 10am-9pm, Sun 11am-6pm.

When you arrive, come to the counter, tell us the name the order is under and we'll hand you your order.

Shipping ($10 flat rate)

We provide a $10 flat rate shipping for all orders. You will receive a tracking number after we have shipped your order.

We will do our best to fulfill orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times will vary based on your location.

*Please note we do not ship international.

** We do NOT accept mailed returns.

Return Policy

Items must be unworn with tags attached and receipt for full refund.

Once return is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.

*Shipped items may only be returned in-store, we do not accept mailed returns.

Items Purchased May Be Bought by Someone Else In-Store

We are working hard to keep our online shopping experience up-to-date with available items to shop. However, due to customers shopping our items both in-store and online, not all items on our Shopify website are guaranteed to be in stock. If an item in your order is no longer available, we will remove that item from your order, give you a full refund of that item, and send you an email/text notification of the refund.
