POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Platos Closet is all about being fashion savvy and shopping smart. Were a nationwide unique recycling retail store specializing in clothes for teens and twenty somethings we buy and sell the latest looks in gently used clothing and accessories from the hottest brand name designer for girls and guys.

Platos Closet Abbotsford is looking for style conscious, customer service oriented sales associates. The right candidate will be available to work flexible hours including days, evening and weekends. Responsibilities will include ringing sales, processing returns, answering phones, assisting customers, attending the fitting rooms, tagging, communicating the buy process to our customers, and any other tasks associated with a sales associate position. This is an entry level position.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

• Great customer service and communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to handle customers with sensitivity
• Ability to work at a fast pace with accuracy (multi-tasking is essential)
• Must have flexibility with work schedules; holidays and weekends are a must - retail requires this; some of our busiest days are weekends
• Must be able to effectively communicate the Buy Policy to our customers as well as inventory needs
• Must love current styles & trends
